Take a short break from everyday life as we spend 5 days and 4 nights together in a luxurious yoga retreat. This retreat is for anyone 16 and older looking to take in the wonders of the coast and ocean, while practicing yoga, and making space for gently lead journal prompts and mindfulness inquiry.
There will be plenty of time for self reflection, joy and play and we will have music from my dear friends, Team Love Yoga, who moved to Sayulita years ago.
If you are foodie this is for you! The onsite Tekuamana Restaurant is inspired by Mexican tradition and harmonizes flavor, health and intention in every seating
What you will take away from the retreat:
Memories of ample space for you, meditation practices and a sense of community when you return. Memories of slowing down and taking it all in. Reminding you to continue to do the same. A writing practice whether a daily gratitude list or more.
New friends and deeper connections with current friends who may attend. A deeper connection to self and compassion for who you are.
Your Guide:
Emily has been teaching yoga for 14 years and a student for 30. Teaching in Northern California, she finds home in the places she visits. She is a big believer in human beings and her life’s work is to always offer a safe place to land. She knows as a student of yoga has made her a much more authentic human in every aspect of my life. Motherhood, partnership, friend, and teacher.
