What to Expect:
Join us for six days of embodied practice.
Days will begin with a morning yoga practice, followed by breakfast and plenty of time to nourish, rest and explore. In the evenings, we’ll practice again and as the sun begins to set, soak in the nourishing golden light, taking time to be still, to move less, and to soften.
This retreat beautifully weaves together daily physical practice and time for deep connection to nature and stillness.
